Catherine Mills article, as usual, is addressing the heart of the matter. As we publicly air all island laundry, her voice stands out as one of compassionate concern for the well being of her community.
In this world where many of us listen daily to the Sam Topp show via the internet and read Ms. Lockhart's comments in St. Thomas Source, her comments are a glimpse into the more sensible and stable aspect of community life.
