At 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Sun., Feb. 28, 1999, the American Red Cross of St. Thomas St. John will hold a Pet Health Fair at the Crown Bay Port Authority Lot.
There will be 12 different categories for your dog to enter. Or enter him in the Best Pet contest.
