Nathan Etienne died on May 3.
He is survived by his son, George Teddy Charlemagne; daughters: Bernella C. Charlemagne, Sherma Natram, Georgiana Tessa Charlemagne, Jannia K. Etienne- Manigault and Janilia Etienne; sisters: Olive Roger (Martinique), Rachel Flood (N.Y.), Naomi Etienne (N.Y.), Esther James (St. Lucia) and Herminia Gittens (St. Lucia); brothers: Denis Veron Munrose, Gilbert Monrose (St. Thomas) and Francis Alexander (Barbados); aunt, Dorothy Raquil ( Martinique); and uncle, Stanislaus Joseph John Baptiste Monrose (St. Lucia).
He is also survived by grandchildren: Rahim Natram-Thomas, Yusef Ivor Manigault, Jamari Manigault; cousins: Wilson Callendar (N.Y.), Rem Monrose (N.Y.), Theresa Monrose (N.Y.); special friends: Donna Nicholas (St. Lucia), Mervin and Juliana Jules(St. Croix), Maxius and Verona Dalson (St. Croix), Allan George (St. Lucia), Josephine Louis(St. Lucia), Ann Wallace(St. Croix), Tobierre and family (St. Croix), Lane Nicolas and family (St. Croix), Gabreil and Jose Belto Sanchez, Martin Marquis (St. Croix), Earl, his friends in the bush; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, May 15, at Divine Funeral Services Chapel at No. 129 Peter’s Rest.
There will be a second viewing at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, at Island Baptist Church, Estate Whim. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
