Nilsa P. Bough Dies at 78

Nilsa P. Bough Nilsa P. Bough of Estate Catherine’s Hope died on Aug. 27. She was 78 years old.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Bough Sr.; and son, Samuel Bough Jr.
She is survived by her daughters: Blanche Bough and Nilsa Bough; son, Donald Bough Sr.; adopted son, Jason Richards; grandchildren: Donald Bough Jr., Lamar Bough, Lanese Bough, Nilmara Rodriguez Burgos, Roxana Rodriguez Burgos and Tia Richardson; sister, Noemi Padilla Merle; and nieces: Mayra Garcia Padilla, Marisella Garcia Padilla, Lisarose Bough, Elaine Schuster, Jenee James and Jenelle James.
She is also survived by nephews: Eric Bough, Wayne Bough, Lloyd Bough, Mark Bough, Jason Bough, Rasheld Bough, Luis Llanos Jr., Eric Llanos, Edwin Rodriguez and Amador Cortez; great niece, Maitee Nieves Garcia; great nephews: Janick Viruet Garcia, Joshwa Nieves Garcia, Eduardo Rodriguez, Emmanuel Rodriguez and Armando Munoz Garcia; brothers- in- law: Eric "Larry" Bough and Luis Llanos Sr.; sisters-in-law: Linda P. Bough, Lucy Bough, Daphne Bough, Joycelyn B. Llanos and Suzette B. James; as well as other cousins, relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11, at Holy Ghost Deliverance Church, Barren Spot. Interment will follow at Christiansted Cemetery. Professional funeral services are entrusted to James Memorial Funeral Home Inc.
