Sherill Samuel of Estate Grove Place died on Aug. 26. She was 62 years old.
She is survived by her father, Valls Hurley; son, Richard Samuel III; daughter-in-law, Joanna Samuel; granddaughter, Sariah Samuel; grandsons: Richard Samuel IV, Trey Samuel and J’den Samuel; great-grandson, Richard Samuel V; sisters: Curlette Leon and Mona Leon; uncles: Earl A. Charles Sr., Ronald Allick and Vernon Hurley; aunts: Ada Anderson, Eleanor Gisbatine Sealey and Bernice Allick; special friend, Sharon Browne; special friends and special thanks to Women of the Refuge Tabernacle Church (Breakfast Club); as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing at 9 a.m. will be followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11, at Friedensfeld Midland Moravian Church. Interment will be held at Kingshill Cemetery. Professional funeral services are entrusted to James Memorial Funeral Home Inc.
