Fisherman David Turbe, who has been missing since Sunday afternoon, was found floating Tuesday in West Gregory channel off the Enkoi Restaurant in the landfill.
Captain Alan Wentworth said he and his crew were headed out to Crown Bay to tie up a ship when, about 7:50 a.m. his deckhand Denny Brin spotted Turbe. They picked him up with the aid of Christopher Greaux, who was following behind in his own boat.
Wentworth was part of a massive air and water search conducted all day Monday for the popular fisherman.
