The Virgin Islands Board of Education (VIBE) Governing Board will convene a special board meeting video conferenced between the VIBE offices at Dronningens Gade, Nos. 60B, 61 and 62 on St. Thomas and the Sunny Isles Professional Building Suites 5 and 6 on St. Croix.
