Students Create Tree Ornaments for Limpricht Park

St. Croix Educational Complex High School art students will have their unique, handmade tree ornaments on display at the “Ah Glow in the Park” Tree Lighting Ceremony to be held this evening. The ornaments make up a series titled “V.I. Culture Paper Dolls” and depict quadrille dancers, mocko jumbies and steel pan musicians.

V.I. Council on the Arts Christmas Event

The Virgin Islands Council on the Arts (VICA) will host a Dorsch Madras Christmas. There will be raffles, door prizes, food, a cash bar, live entertainment and much more. Stanley and the Ten Sleepless Knights will entertain. Tickets are $35. The event will start at 7 p.m. and end at midnight.
