Run for Your Life Triathlon/ Aquathlon

The Virgin Islands Triathlon Federation will hold the Swim, Bike, Run for Your Life Triathlon and Aquathlon. The individual sprint event will include an 800-meter swim, a 13-mile bike and a 5K-run. There will be a 2- or 3-person relay option in which teammates can complete one leg of the race. (Participants must be at least age 13 to ride in the event.) Participants in the individual aquathlon will complete the same distances as in the triathlon, but will omit the bike portion. Race-day registration will open from 6-6:45 a.m.  Strict COVID protocols will be in place.  All attendees must wear a mask when not actively competing.
