The Virgin Islands Port Authority will hold the 2nd Annual Holiday Fest. Come sell, shop and make it a perfect day with Santa Claus. Vendors are invited to partner with VIPA at the holiday fest. If you are interested, contact VIPA for more details or to request an application. (Jewelry and alcoholic beverages may not be vended).
