Readjustment Counseling Services of the Veterans Center has announced that a monument and a flag pole have been commissioned to honor veterans in the Virgin Islands. It will hold a fundraiser for the monument as well as a lighted United States flag and pole today. The center will sell a variety of food and drinks, and a DJ will play music.
