STX CZM Decision Meeting

The following St. Croix Coastal Zone Management (CZM) Committee Decision Meetings will be heard today. This meeting will be held via the video conferencing platform Zoom.
The agenda is as follows:
Federal Consistency Determination CZX-2-21(FC), the National Park Service proposes the post-hurricane rehabilitation of the Contact Station within its existing foundation footprint with repairs and alterations to the existing building to meet current code requirements. Major CZM Permit No. CZX-36-20(L&W), St. Croix Yacht Club Inc. has requested to bring the property into compliance and to facilitate future work on the site. Please note that these are Decision Meetings; therefore, public testimony will not be heard.
