The Progressive Lifestyles Prevention Program will observe National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day by offering free HIV and Hepatitis C testing to the youth in the St. Croix community. Peer advocates, a group of young people who aim to reduce the stigma and increase HIV prevention, testing and treatment in the V.I., are encouraging their peers between 13 and 24 years old to get tested.
