Book Signing for Vianca Medina

Virgin Islands Council on the Arts (VICA) will host a book-signing launch for “Dream A Dream” by Vianca Medina. The book will be for sale and there will be activities. VICA invites the public to meet one of Project Promise’s caterpillars, Vianca Medina, who is now a published author.
