The V.I. Department of Education, St. Croix District, invites the public to its Shining Stars Recognition Ceremony. The Shining Stars event will recognize students who have performed at the highest levels or have demonstrated the most growth on the fall 2018 Smarter Balanced Assessment. Parents and members of the community are encouraged to support students on their accomplishment.
