The St. Thomas/St. John Interscholastic Athletic Association (IAA) is a non-profit organization whose main duty is to govern scholastic athletics between public, private, and parochial schools in the St. Thomas / St. John School District.
One of its tasks of IAA is to select an All-Association Team for every varsity sport played each school year. This is an honor bestowed on the top student-athletes in their sport. The head coaches from each team, the head official and league commissioners cast their votes, and here are the results for varsity female and male volleyball.
