It was a packed night on Saturday as thousands of people gathered for the boat parade and fireworks that lit up Christiansted Town for a beautiful display.

As in previous years, the boat parade was heavily attended, and roads were closed earlier in the day in preparation for the show. Families gather on the lawn of Fort Christiansvaern and along the dock of Christiansted to see the boats pass by. The boats are decorated in various themes with lights for the crowd to see and enjoy. After the parade, a fireworks display could be seen throughout Christiansted.

During the parade, you could feel the excitement as each boat passed by and the passengers aboard the vessels partied, sang carols, and waved at attendees. Some boat operators displayed the beauty of their vessel and turned in circles and crowds applauded throughout the fireworks display.
