The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA or Authority) Preserving Paradise team advises the community of its hours of operation for the VIWMA’s facilities and administrative offices in observance of the Emancipation Day and Fourth of July holidays.
Landfills – Transfer Stations (TS) – Convenience Centers (CC)
St. Thomas Bovoni Landfill on July 3 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
and on July 4 from 6 a.m. to noon
St. Thomas Mandahl CC on July 3 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
and on July 4 from 6 a.m. to noon
St. John Susannaberg TS on July 3 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
and on July 4 from 7 a.m. to noon
St. Croix TS on July 3 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
and on July 4 from 6 a.m. to noon
St. Croix Peter’s Rest CC on July 3 from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
and on July 4 from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All administrative offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of this holiday. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, July 6.
