A St. Thomas man was stabbed repeatedly either late Sunday or early Monday, but has refused to give police any information on the case, including his own name, the V.I. Police Department reported.
Police are investigating the non fatal stabbing that was reported to police at about 2:25 a.m. Monday. According to the initial report, officers were dispatched to the Schneider Regional Medical Center, where they found the victim being treated for what medical staff said was at least 10 stab wounds. No vital organs were affected, the police were told.
However, the male victim refused to give police any information as to where he was when he was stabbed, who stabbed him or why he was stabbed.
