Governor de Jongh, I applaud your nay vote and not passing the 5th Constitution Draft on to Congress & President Obama….you absolutely did the right thing and I am proud that the people of the United States Virgin Islands have a Governor who knows how to follow the law, since our elected delegates failed badly to do so. Thank you for protecting and looking out for the rights of all residents of the United States Virgin Islands and saving us the embarrassment of looking like idiots. You will continue to have my strong support and vote going forward.
