Jan. 28, 2008 – Wilberforce Elmsworth Charles of Estate Whim, died on Jan. 24, at his residence, at the age of 71.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia A. Charles; sisters: Catherine Joseph and Julita King; brother, Gerald Brewster; special friend, Eardley A. John; guardian, Joycelyn I. John; cousin, Irvin Norville; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place from 10-11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 31, at the Frederiksted Assembly of God Church. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
