Dear Source:
I find it typical that the Virgin Island Government has been giving the Prosser situation as little attention as possible. Numerous Government Officials in every administration from the time that Prosser first started doing business there have been taking payoffs. Prosser even had one party in Shoy where the participants were given brown bags of cash as "door prizes". When are these Investigative Eagles going to zoom in on the blatant corruption that Prosser perpetuated in the Virgin Islands? There's a bag of worms that could have major repercussions.
