As I said before the people are losing a great asset. If the board would have listened in the past then the people would have been served by them NOT used as political capital for there own agendas. And no I will not return to work on the large problem of alternative energy integration.
The USVI has a large talent pool but is loosing it to the mainland because of this type of frustrating environment. Listen to the man because he speaks the truth. The truth may not be what you want to hear but the PSC is not the solution but a major part of the problem.
