June 3, 2006 – The Department of Human Services Certification and Issuance offices in Frederiksted will provide assistance for clients from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., daily, until further notice. Physical plant malfunctions are being resolved, according to a press release from Human Services. The commissioner apologizes for any inconvenience.
