June 6, 2006 – Eugene A. Hurdle died on May 28, at the age of 61.
He is survived by his mother, Ena Hurdle; father, Hubert Hurdle; fiancée, Millie Richardson; and children: Janette, Antonio, Towana, Tony, Danelle, Ena, Eugene Jr. and Unice. He is also survived by a brother, Rudy Hurdle; a sister Lee Almond; 15 grandchildren; and many relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., on Thursday, June 8, at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel. There will be a second viewing from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., on Friday, June 9, at the Memorial Moravian Church. A service will follow at 10 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 2.
