What's Up Next on the Doug Lewis Show

Dec. 19, 2006 – Tune into the Doug Lewis Show on WVGN 107.3 FM from 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 24. This Sunday we will feature Christmas music by Sarah McLachlan, Carly Simon, Stevie Wonder, Odetta, Ringo Starr and more.
This week's show is an all Christmas music show. Happy Holidays to all!
The Modern Music Feature CD is "Wintersong," a new Christmas release from Sarah McLachlan. This CD has garnered Sarah a Grammy nomination and is a beautiful recording with a great selection of songs including a wonderful cover of John Lennon's Happy Xmas.
The Indie Spotlight CD is "To Kate," a CD of Christmas songs released as a benefit CD to raise money for medical treatment for a young child. Besides being for a good cause, the CD has a great assortment of Christmas songs. We will be featuring the contribution from the Big Happy, who played in the Virgin Islands last year and will be returning for a series of dates from March 1-13.
We include new Christmas music from Carly Simon, Roy Zimmerman, Greg Trooper, Aimee Mann and more.
We play Christmas music from James Taylor, Michael Burks, Stevie Wonder, Ringo Starr, Odetta, John Denver and more.
We also include a Christmas recording from the Domestic Science Club, a trio of women singer-songwriters, one of whom is Sara Hickman, who will be playing at Tillett Gardens on March 14.
Doug Lewis Show is underwritten by Hook, Line and Sinker; Molly Molones; and St. Thomas Radiology Associates.
