Feb. 8, 2007 – Beyond Visions Foundation will be conducting a three-hour Preliminary Grant Proposal Development Seminar to assist nonprofit organizations to understand the key factors needed prior to seeking and writing a grant application. The seminar will be held from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., on Saturday, March 17, on St. Thomas.
