Ground-breaking on the extension to the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport runway will take place at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The public has been invited to attend the ceremony, to be held off West Airport Road.
Signs will be erected to guide the public to the site. The St. Croix Educational Complex Jazz Ensemble will play for the occasion.
