William Osborne Dow of Little Mount Pleasant died on Sunday, Oct. 29 at Juan F. Luis Hospital.
He was a native of Guyana and had lived in St. Croix since 1984.
A going home celebration will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Christiansted with Father Simon Peter O'Pira officiating. There will be no viewing.
Mr. Dow is survived by sons, Michael J. Dow and W. Paul Dow; sister, Beryl Robinson; brothers, Duncan and Ernest Dow; daughters-in-law, Sonia Jacobs Dow and Maureen Dow; grandchildren, Lori Dow Armory, Paul, Michelle, Dominique, and Ryan Dow; great- grandchildren, Justice and Faith Armory; along with numerous friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Virgin Islands Council Inc., Boy Scouts of America, Box 1353, Frederiksted P.O., St. Croix, VI 00841.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of James Memorial Funeral Home.
