Individuals who operate for-profit child care centers are advised that recent legislation enacted by the U.S. Congress has expanded the eligibility criteria for participation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) to include for-profit child care centers.
Those individuals who would like to determine if their center qualifies for consideration are urged to contact the State Office of the Virgin Islands Special Nutrition Program at 774-9373.
