Sept. 11, 2003 – The St. Croix Federation of Teachers invites all concerned citizens to join them in an organized protest of the 2004 executive budget proposal at 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 12, at
Buddhoe Park.
Protesters will meet at the park and from there will walk to the 25th Legislature's offices in Frederiksted.
