Service Set for Frank Fox

Sept. 30, 2004 – Services for Frank Fox who died Sept. 22 will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, at the Pentheny Building Courtyard in Christiansted.
Fox served as St. Croix Chamber president in 2002-2003. During that time the Chamber expressed strong opinions on several issues relevant to the economy of St. Croix. Fox decried the 25th Legislature's decision to allow video lottery terminals to remain legal in St. Croix. He spoke against the Unitime watch factory closure and presented a 2003 Economic Recovery Plan to Gov. Charles W. Turnbull.
