NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JEFFREY P. FITCH has been appointed as ADMINISTRATOR of the Estate of PATRICK BERETTA a/k/a PATRICK ANTHONY BERETTA. The Administrator, through his undersigned counsel, Jessica C. Tully, hereby notifies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the Estate of said Decedent. All claims against the Estate are required to be verified by written affidavit and presented to the undersigned, or filed with the Clerk of Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, Division of St. Thomas, within six (6) months from the date of the last publication. All persons, firms, and corporations indebted to the Estate are required to make payment promptly to the Administrator through the undersigned counsel.
