The contest asked: If you were elected governor of the United States Virgin Islands today, what would be your first four immediate priorities?

Foundation CEO Rick Mullgrav praised the finalists.

“Itโ€™s not only refreshing to see that our younger generation are so mentally invested and focused on whatโ€™s happening within our territory, but to read their views on resolutions is truly eye-opening,โ€ Mullgrav said.

The Crucian Purple and Gold Foundation and the men of the Eta Iota Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. extend heartfelt congratulations to the winners and to all participants as they continue their education and leadership journeys.
