Pedro Le Grand Jr. Dies at 81

The family of the late Pedro Le Grand Jr. is heartbroken to announce his passing on Jan. 11, 2026. Pedro was born on Oct. 4, 1944, and throughout his life was known for his strength, dedication, and the deep love he held for his family and friends. His presence touched many lives, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Pedro was preceded in death by his mother, Felicita Le Grand; father, Pedro Le Grand Sr.; son, Pedro Le Grand III; brother, Daniel Le Grand; sister, Lydia; nieces, Loyda and Marie; and nephews, Pit, Landin, and Joey.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Laura Le Grand; his daughter, Adelaida Le Grand; and his son, Gabriel Le Grand. He also leaves to cherish his memory of his grandchildren: Keisha, Leila, Pedro IV, Danny, Angel, and Elise; his brothers, Jose Abel and Benjamin; and his sister, Mary Lou and many beautiful great-grandchildren.

Pedro is also survived by his nieces: Fela, Vivi, Tuti, Titi, Minelva, Lisa, Lina, Shani, Sybil, and Sabrina; nephews: Ismael, Danny, Benjamin Jr., Abner, Jose Abel, Eliab, Alexis, Sangina, Anthony, Jeremy, Givell, Raiza, and Emily; and his in-laws, Lolita and Angela.

Many other relatives and friends also survive Pedro and are too numerous to mention.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, Jan. 17, at Divine Chapel, 129 Peterโ€™s Rest, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Funeral Services will take place on Sunday, Jan. 18, at Sunny Acres Seventh Day Adventist Church, with viewing at 9 a.m. and service at 10 a.m.

Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
