Virgin Islanders continued celebrating the territory’s farmers and culture-bearers during day two of the 2025 Agriculture and Food Fair Sunday. The theme for this year’s fair was “From Soil to Soul, Nurturing V.I. Agriculture.” Anyone who wasn’t able to make it to the St. Croix Agricultural Fairgrounds this weekend can still attend the fair from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday.
