Police Arrest “Peeping Tom” on St. Croix

Police executed an arrest warrant Monday for a St. Croix man who was accused of peeping through a woman’s window while engaging in lewd acts on himself, the V.I. Police Department reported.

On June 26, a woman filed a complaint at the Wilbur Francis Command Police Station regarding a “Peeping Tom.” The victim stated that a man named Elvis Thomas had been coming to her residence, peeping through her window, and engaging in lewd acts, according to the police report.

The victim reported that while reviewing her home camera footage, she saw a man on the property peeping through her windows and engaging in lewd conduct. He had visited her home on more than three different occasions, the police report stated.

An arrest warrant was executed for Thomas, 65 on Monday, for indecent
exposure and trespass. He was able to post bail, which was set at $500, the report stated.
