The V.I. Department of Education and the V.I. Economic Development Authority have approved the Children’s Museum of St. Croix to be a qualified public school program and initiative in accordance with the Economic Development Program law.  This endorsement allows donations made by the Economic Development Commission (EDC) beneficiaries to the Children’s Museum of St. Croix to fulfill their V.I. Education requirements.

As quoted from the endorsement letter from the V.I. Department of Education: “The concept of the Interactive Children Museum aligns perfectly with the Department of Education’s goal of providing hands-on, experiential learning opportunities for our students. The museum will offer a rich and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and interact with various exhibits that promote creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

“We believe that the museum will complement the traditional classroom setting by providing a unique and immersive learning experience for children of all ages.”
