The Virgin Islands Council on the Arts–St. Thomas office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, Sept. 16 and 17 due to its annual board meeting retreat. The St. Croix office will be closed only on Friday, Sept. 17.
Both offices will reopen at 8 a.m., Monday, Sept. 20.
