All Saints Cathedral School Hosts a Book Exchange Fair

All Saints Cathedral School would like to invite the public to a free event on Saturday, Oct. 27, at Yacht Haven Grande. There will be a children’s Book Exchange Fair from 9 a.m. to noon on the main lawn. The theme is renew, reuse, recycle, read in which we also encourage our children to
care for the environment.
The Book Exchange Fair encourages children of all ages to come and share their favorite stories and books with a friend. Participants are asked to come and bring a book (used or new) to exchange. The fair is open for children ages 4 to 12. There will also be storytelling activities, a puppet show, face painting and a special appearance by the St. Thomas Public Library Book Mobile. Snacks and drinks will be available as well as raffle prizes.
This event is free and open to the public and all are encouraged to attend with their children. It is being wholly sponsored by All Saints Cathedral School and its PTSA with the generous support of Yacht Haven Grande.
The mission of the school is to instill in each student a love of learning, an active respect of all members of the community of all faiths and backgrounds, a fundamental sense of integrity, and to provide a nurturing environment which values independence and self-worth, physical
health, spiritual awareness and responsible citizenship.
Founded in 1928 by the St. Anne’s Sisters Society, All Saints Cathedral School expanded several decades later to include grades K-12.
