Bill No. 29-0297 – An Act amending Title 4, V.I.C., chapter 8, section 123 by increasing the jurisdiction of the Magistrate Division of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands to include all misdemeanors.
Bill No. 29-0298 – An Act amending Title 3, V.I.C., chapter 14 by requiring the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to issue V.I. Disabled Person Identification Cards
Bill No. 29-0312 – An Act amending Title 14, V.I.C., chapter 33, section 665, including mobile telephones and laptop computers within the definition of dangerous prison contraband
Bill No. 29-0314 – An Act amending Title 14, V.I.C., chapter 33, by criminalizing relations by prison or detention facility employees, contractors and vendors with detainees
Bill No. 29-0327 – An Act amending Title 14, V.I.C., chapter 23, section 485 relating to selling or serving alcoholic beverages to minors, employing minors to make or dispense alcoholic beverages and related matters
Bill No. 29-0341 – An Act amending Title 20, V.I.C. as it relates to Motorcycle Safety
Bill No. 29-0257 – An Act to amend Title 19, V.I.C., part VI, chapter 62, section 2046 (a) to include an exemption for Festival and other local holiday activities and cultural festivities.
Bill No. 29-0 – An Act amending Title 3, V.I.C. to add a new subsection creating “The Virgin Islands Government Transparency Act”
Bill No. 29-0354 – A Resolution to honor and commend Edwin “Eddie” Ortiz for his service and loyalty to his community
Bill No. 29-0355 – A Resolution to recognize, honor and commend Vera Magdalena Falu Allende for her outstanding service to the people of the Virgin Islands
