Lutheran Social Services Offers Preparedness Training

Oct. 31, 2008 – Lutheran Social Services of the Virgin Islands will hold a disaster Preparedness Training with trainer Jody Hill, executive director of Florida Interfaith Networking in Disaster. The St. Croix training will be held from 9a.m. to 3 p.m., on Thursday, Nov. 6, at D.C. Canegata Ballpark, and the St. Thomas training will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 7, at the Windward Passage Hotel.
Registration for both begins at 8: 30 a.m.
The workshop is free and space is limited. To register, call 719-6288.
