Apathy?

Dear Source:

Paul Devine may find the territory's voters apathetic about the Constitutional Convention, but voters here and throughout the nation can hardly be guilty of apathy this year. Record numbers of voters are enthusiastic about the presidential race. Somehow no one has been able to make the issues at stake at the Constitutional Convention compelling enough to the people of the Virgin Islands. More voices need to speak up and make clear what is at stake.
