What You Sow, So Shall You Reap

Dear Source:
To the former visitor considering a return visit to our beautiful Territory, be assured that the warmth and friendliness haven't left these Virgin Islands. I regularly hear from people who are surprised by our occasional failure to deliver anticipated "customer service". While we have some improving to do in the area of customer service, I believe the people of the U.S. Virgin Islands continue to be among the friendliest on earth.
Remember to greet those you meet with "Good morning", "Good afternoon", and "Good evening" or "Good Night", and be prepared for a similar friendly response. Anticipate friendliness, and it's almost always there. On the other hand, if we deliver a "half- hearted" greeting, the response may be similar.
What we sow, we also reap. Come back and enjoy big smiles and warm hearts.
