Dear Source:
Judging by past and present actions and conduct by the PSC in supporting virtually every twist and turn that Mr. Prosser has ever made, it is obvious to even a casual observer that something fishy is going on. Exactly why is the PSC supporting Prosser's request to move his case to a court with little experience in major bankruptcy cases. Given all the shady dealings that Mr. Prosser has been involved in over the years, it would make sense that the PSC should welcome a fair, impartial, and objective assessment and ruling in these bankruptcy proceedings. So what are they afraid of? Might it be that they would be embarrassed by some of the facts that might be exposed by an experienced bankruptcy court rather than the local District Court, which is prone to political expediency?
