Jan. 2, 2007 – James Nathaniel Jones died at Schneider Regional Medical Center on Dec. 23, at age 78.
He is survived by his wife, Lucy Jones; son, James Jones Jr.; daughters: Joanne and June Jones; and adopted daughter, Laura Jones. He is also survived by sister, Corrine Browne; brothers: Winston, Wilfred, Norman and Kenneth Brown; seven grandchildren and 25 nieces and nephews, as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing from 5-7 p.m., on Friday, Jan. 5, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. A second viewing will be held from 9-10 a.m., on Saturday, Jan. 6, at Christchurch Methodist, followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 3.
