Dec. 28, 2006 – A Paramount movie starring major Hollywood actors will be filming sequences on St. Thomas next week.
The movie, The Mysterious Case of Benjamin Button, is adapted from an F. Scott Fitzgerald short story.
Solicitor General Elliott McIver Davis said Thursday that he has helped with the legalities of obtaining a Coast Zone Management permit for the film company to work on Lindqvist Beach, which was recently acquired by the V.I. government.
Scenes also will be shot at Honeymoon Bay on Water Island, Davis said.
