Reader is Concerned with VITRAN's Viability

Dear Source:
The VITRAN mess cannot be cleared up until the public sees it as a dependable way to get to their destinations on time.
Unless there is a reliable schedule that can be depended on, people will continue to use their personal vehicles.
Putting enough buses on the road and running them on time will allow people to leave their cars at home.
This will also serve to reduce the massive traffic jams and the frayed tensions that go along with them.
It will also increase revenues generated by the riding public, putting less of a strain and drain on the government's budget.
