She (Carol Burke) should be drummed off the island and any future wages garnisheed no matter where she is able to get employment, be it on island or in the upper 50 U.S. states. No wonder WAPA has raised their rates, and credibility of other St. Croix, USVI agencies are questioned! I wouldn't lend them funds, would you?
