MEETING CANCELED BECAUSE OF STORMS. Board of Education member Mary L. Moorhead invites the community to voice its ideas and concerns about the public schools. Moorhead is hosting two Town Hall meetings on Monday, Sept. 18, in Frederiksted and in Christiansted on Monday, Sept. 25. Genevieve Whitaker, president of Virgin Islands Youth Advocacy Coalition Inc., will be the moderator for both meetings which will go from 6-8 pm.
